Anthony has served as the Science Operations Manager for the SHARAD instrument on MRO and the LAMP instrument on LRO. He previously served as the Technical Lead for the geophysics node of NASA’s Planetary Data Systems (PDS). He is the Ground Systems IT Manager for the SwRI Multi-Mission Operations Center (SMMOC) in Boulder, CO which hosts the LUCY mission SOC, the PUNCH mission MOC and SOC, and the New Horizons SOC. Anthony received his B.S in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of South Dakota, and his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. In his previous careers, Mr. Egan has served as an Adjunct Instructor at USAF, a Chemical Engineer Research Tech in the Aerospace Product Division of Solutia, and a Research Systems Manager in the McDonnell Center for the Space Sciences at WUSTL.
