Glenn Laurent is a Staff Research Analyst in the Department of Solar and Heliospheric Physics specializing in spaceflight instrumentation.  Specifically, he is the instrument lead on the Wide-Field Imager (WFI) for the Polarimeter to Unify the Corona and Heliosphere (PUNCH) mission, focusing on systems integration and testing, optical and imaging system testing, data stream handling, and signal and image processing and analysis.  He also currently supports managing the instruments on the DIMPLE and SwSCOR missions.  He holds a B.S. in both Physics and Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Ph.D. in Astrophysics from the University of Colorado.
