Julia is an Administrative Coordinator for Division 19, overseeing daily operations related to the general office environment. She supports staff with travel paperwork, reimbursements, and vendor purchases, completes weekly office supply orders, manages the Outlook conference calendars and meeting logistics for office events, and assists a list of staff with general questions and inquires. She also serves as a representative on the Division Management Advisory Committee (DMAC), helping find solutions to staff challenges and looking for new ways to improve Division 19’s office environment. Julia has worked in science and the nonprofit sector since 2016, and enjoys learning about the many scientific discoveries and missions taking place across the division. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors, testing new sourdough recipes, and crafting of all kinds.
